Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following terms:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

3. Process
To initiate a return, contact us at support@ascendiaunlimited.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
