Processing takes 3–5 business days, and shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Q2: Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Ascendia Unlimited ships only within the United States, but we plan to expand soon.

Q3: How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account to check order status.

Q4: Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as items may already be in processing.

Q5: What if my package is lost?

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved, email support@ascendiaunlimited.com for assistance.

Q6: Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
